I didn't take the time to make a hair appt. But found Jenna through Chat GPT! Yes, Chat provided me info. about Steel + Lacquer. I was on a mission to get a haircut at 6 pm. They are open until 9 pm. I was lucky to get a 7 pm appt. I am very happy with my haircut!

The experience was amazing. Bethany was super professional and really understood exactly how I wanted my hair to look. The whole appointment felt like a luxury experience and the head massage was so relaxing I could’ve honestly fallen asleep. I got to do a balayage, glaze and styling with Bethany!! She did an amazing job! This will be my wedding hair color! She was very patient and listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. She took her time, was very thorough and she was also very friendly! She also gave me an amazing hair massage!! Absolute in love! For reference, I asked for a honey/caramel balayage.
